Changing not really, but I was say I do more monitoring the amount of one thing or another. But still try to work out 5 – 6 days a week like before.

This is the best time of year for me with eating right and exercising. I start off each week after Christmas and New Year pretty strong, but come March – ugh! I’m getting married in July, so hopefully this year, I’ll trooper through. Subway is great if you’re out and about (in comparison to all the other fast food you could buy!)

I mainly try to keep up my weekly workouts in the gym. If I indulge a little at least I am burning calories & have kept up my routine. That way I am more likely to continue into the new year!

#1 on my “get healthy” in 2010 plan is to give up soda, in all forms. I tried switching to diet, but I hate it and usually end up switching back….I just have to stop all together!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
