    My husband and I bought P90X for ourselves for Christmas. We have also joined a gym starting in January. We both just need to tone up from the month off during December from working out.

    I don’t try to get back in shape. I chase my son around and eat like I normally would. Never had much of a problem.

    I have been working with a trainer who put me on a diet. The one thing I did not give up was my once a week Subway Tuna so he asked me to leave off the extra mayo and the cheese, and ya know, it still tastes great!!

    I usually do try to get in shape after teh holidays…since soon it will be swimsuit season! BUT i am having a baby, so i will be getting in shape in February!

    I start watching my portions and drinking lots more water. Also, banish all junk food from my house.

    I don’t normally do anything to get in shape after the holidays but this year I am going to do something about it and try to get into better shape than I am.
