    I always try to have portion control, that’s an easy thing to do. But this post-holiday season, I will be working out with Your Shape for Nintendo Wii and the Just dance game.

    Not usually, I really try to have healthy habits all year around but I think most of us do think about our health more when a new year starts!

    I’ve always rolled my eyes at New Years resolutions but this year, I have noticed a definite difference in my waisteline, post holidays!! I’m going to be working on kicking my own butt on the elliptical again :)

    Not really…is that bad? I sort of always follow a portion control kinda method anyway. I just know when to stop. :) But I sure love sweets!!

    I have been working on how much I eat and changing some of my snacks to more healthy ones like an apple instead of chips :)

    Sort of. I try to eat a healthy as possible during the holidays, but I also treat myself to the sweets. I tend to eat less sweets after the holidays are over.
