I lost 80 pounds this year and did not do bad at Christmas, my problem is that I do not exercise and I really want to try to start doing this. I take the stairs and park just a little farther away but I know that is not enough. I want to keep the weight off and take another 10 to 15 pounds off even though the doctors don’t want me to. Subway is just down the street from me. I subscribe by email.
