After indulging for well over a month-Thanksgiving through New Years Eve -I will try to eat less and focus on two facts, that I am not as active in the winter as I am in the warmer months and that I don’t want to buy larger sized clothing. This should knock off some pounds and keep me from putting on any weight.

I definitely try to reign my eating back in after the holidays
amy
By eating healthier and giving up the junk food, had enough over the holidays to last for awhile.

My husband and I always eat out at subway and he has lost 47% of his body weight in the last year. Good job!

First get rid of all the Christmas candy, cookies, goodies by bringing it into work or significant others work etc. Then get outside in the snow and play with the kids, it’s amazing how many calories you can burn by pulling 2 kids and a sled! It’s hard to avoid fatty comfort food in the winter but lovely warm soup(especially a veggie loaded/low fat minestrone) with either a loaded with good stuff salad or sandwich will warm you up and fill you up. Or if the weather is just toooooo cold, brrrr, then challenge your kids to a hula hoop competition on the wii fit!

I work out regularly but will definitely need to put in more work after the holidays.
Anita
I always eat better after the holidays. I allow myself the treats and sometimes gain a few pounds. I always take them off in January, though.
Bonnie Parks
This year I am not changing my eating habits after Christmas.

I try to change my habits everday but this year especially after the New Year

I think we all overindulge during the holidays. The best way to get back on track is to just be more conscious of what you are eating.
