This year me and the bf actually made a plan that i think we will stick to. If he goes to the gym, i have to do a yoga work out that day. If i do a yoga workout he has to go to the gym. Today was the first day and so far so good lol. After the holidays are over football season ends so that automatically means we start eating better ( no more greasy tailgating food)
