    Little changes can make HUGE differences, so I choice to make healthier choices everyday to shed those unwanted pounds away.

    I try to eat more fruits and veggies, attept to work out, or even do a juice fast for a day to get rid of “junk”.

    I definately change my eating habits to get back into shape. I watch portion sizes and eat healthier meals.

    I usually prepare healthy foods more frequently after the New Year begins. We all just love all of the holiday celebration food way too much, so Subway is a delicious healthy addition. Thanks!

    I really try to get back into the healthier eating and try to stay away from purchasing junk foods while grocery shopping – so we don’t have the temptation in the house.

    If I am having a large holiday meal I eat more of the better choices. I also eat lightly during the day and exercise a little more.

    I drag out the workout tapes, and get moving. That, and avoiding sweets and cokes seem to help me trim up. I’d love to win this giveaway….Subway is one of my favorites!
