    After New Years Eve all of the bad holiday goodies disappear. Then its off for long walks with my little boy.

    I just try to eat healthier without cutting out everything I love. And I try to work out more often.

    I subscribe via e-mail. I do change my habits after the new year. I start out the new year right by being organized and making sure I am eating healthy. Need to drop the Christmas weight (HoHoHo).
    Love your blog. A Subway GC would sure help me to begin my healthy eating habits on a positive note.

    Get back to the gym 4 days a week and definitely portion control. No more bad carbs and sugar.

    After the holidays I try to eat a more balanced diet with lots of vegetables and try to move more, whether it’s simply walking or going to the gym.

    Last year we started eating better and running, and that stuck around pretty well. This year we are adding portion control.

    I am going to try eating better. My Dr. recommended the DASH diet to help lose weight and control my blood pressure without taking medicine.

    I stop eating all the homemade oatmeal raisan cookies I make every Christmas. They are so addictive!!!! Good luck everyone!
