    I will be eating more healthy foods and getting some exercise. Can’t afford to join a gym, so I’ll have to workout at home.

    I will become more committed to eating/serving/cooking un-processed foods, and focus on fresh (organic) fruits and vegetables and whole grains. I will also cut out MORE sugars and HFCS products!

    i just plan on cutting back on the sweets and carbs, that should get me back to pre-holiday weight. *fingers crossed

    I don’t usually try and change any habits for a resolutin or I will defiately break them. I just try and make each new year a fresh year.
