    No, I eat healthy all year round, even during the holidays, it was hard to do at first but now I don’t even think twice about cooking healthy, I eat subway often with all of their healthy meal choices.

    I look for FRESH things…fresh fruits, veggies…and try to fill my plate with those instead of the premade stuff. :-)

    I try to make the gym more of a priority after the holidays. When the busy holiday season hits, sadly, working out usually goes first! I need to re-focus after Christmas!

    I will be starting Weight Watchers (again) in Jan. I need to loose the weight this time. I am signing up to do a 5k in March and need to get this body ready.

    I usually gain a little weight over the holidays with all the sweets and the food, but I usually work it off after the holidays are over.
