    I will plan on drinking more water as well, limiting my portions, and trying to be more active. Hopefully that will help me shed this excess 20 lbs, don’t have time for the gym with the little one!

    I am on a perpetual diet all year long. I choose portion control as my way of controlling my weight. I can’t live without my Oreos, LOL. I , too, gain a few pounds at the holidays but portion control and trying to increase my activity after the holidays usually help me to lose some, if not all, of what I gain over the holidays.

    About all I do is try to scale back my eating from “enjoying the holiday goodies” to “eating more like a sane and reasonable person”.

    I try to cut back and go back to not eating as many sweets. I tend to eat more sweets from November-December each year! I am also going to use our Wii more this year!

    I don’t change anything because I am very careful about not overeating during the holidays. It is so hard with the way my mom cooks. A little easier when it’s my MIL cooking.

    Well, this year I am definitely making some changes. Unfortunately I have added some pounds over the last couple of months…and I already needed to lose some to begin with. So…I’ll be getting out and walking every day, cutting out soft drinks, and eating more fruits and veggies!
