    I don’t do anything. I am healthy year around and don’t gain any weight during the holidays. I allow myself sweets and treats year around in small portions and exercise regularly. Gosh, I love Subway!

    Walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes each day and eat smaller portions.

    I really don’t change my eating habits…try to eat well all the time…we kept it simple (including food) over the holidays…

    My eating habits don’t really differ during the holidays. I don’t bake extra sweets. I’ve found that portion control it really the key for me for weight control…also, the hardest!!

    I divide exercise time between my treadmill and new elliptical. Also cut back on the sweets.

    I watch the size of what I eat and try to stay active but that is hard to do in Wisconsin in the winter!!!

    Once the Christmas cookies are gone, I will bake no more cookies until Valentine’s day. Cookies are my downfall!

    I follow here and on face book. As a single mom its hard to find time to work out especially around the holidays and affording it is another story all together. To keep not only in shape but healthy I watch the type of foods I eat alone with portioning them out correctly! The Subway kids subs are the best for this I have found!My work outs would consist of chasing my 7 year old son around while keeping a grip on my 4 month old daughter.
