All of the above…
Today it just helped to acknowledge that I have gained 17 lbs this year, and that I am okay with how I look, I would just like to be healthier. Im not prego, and Im done having kids, so no more excuses. Trying to be more positive, and not set unrealistic goals. Smaller portions, fewer sweets, and get back on the Curves wagon, have not gone since Thanksgiving! Oh! and warmer weather helps me A LOT!!
Wendy
I am going to work out with weights more to tone my body. It seems to be the only thing that slims me down. Of course I also need to drink more water!
Anya
I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

I eat more whole foods–veggies, proper carbs, and proteins. I try not to be lazy with my gumption to say no to sweets when they are pushed in front of my face. I really do start to crave healthy foods when that is all I eat.
Kristy
I work on portion control!
