Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

Tyson's Frozen, Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts and Strips are the perfect go-to for a quick and fast meal. The chicken is fully cooked, 98% fat free and also free from preservatives! They can be found in the freezer aisle of your grocery store and can go from your freezer to your table in minutes. They are perfect for the family on the go.
I asked my friend Shaina from Food for My Family for some ideas on how she'd incorporate these into everyday recipes. She suggested adding them to the top of your favorite salad, using them for a quick quesadilla lunch, mixing into your favorite pasta and sauce recipes (Shaina's is Mediterranean pasta) or the ever-popular chicken alfredo combination, using it to top a homemade pizza or making a chicken salad. They are definitely a versatile item to have around for meals.

We eat chicken several nights a week. My favorite is oven fried chicken fingers. Roll the chicken in egg white then in Pangko bread crumbs. Spray with a little cooking spray and pop in the oven. It's crunchy like fried chicken but a whole lot less fattening.
i'd the chicken strips to top a yummy chicken caeser salad.
I love these for a quick salad at lunch.
On top of a yummy green salad!

I think the chicken would be good for Quesidillas. (I am a new quesidilla maker for Christmas, easy and fast dinner. That's what I love.)
I would use it in salads!
I would use the chicken for a Chicken Stroganoff, served over rice, (not pasta =), and top it off with potato sticks for a perfect touch of "crunchness". This is one of my family's favorite!
Chicken Stroganoff:
Cut chicken breasts into small pieces.
Stir fry onions and garlic.
Add 2 cups of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
Add chicken and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve with rice and potato sticks.
Yuummmy! =)
I would definitely use the chicken strips for quesadillas, and also for salads. Yummy!
