Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Duo Binder. All opinions are 100% mine.
I recently had the opportunity to test drive a new product called the Duo Binder. What makes this product unique is the fact that it combines the functionality of a 3-ring binder with an expanding file folder, with double elastic closures to keep everything securely in place. Check out the Duo Demo to see it in action.
Of course the first thought that came to my mind when I saw it is that it’s perfect for coupons! I’m a “file by insert” kind of couponer (more on this in an upcoming couponing series), so the expandable file is perfect for storing recent inserts by date. My plan is to purchase some baseball card inserts for filing coupons that I purchase for upcoming deals, as well as printable coupons.
Product Specs:
— 6 tabs/7 sections in the expanding file folder
— 1″ binder
— 6 graphic design styles to choose from plus black
Even outside of couponing, I can see this being a very useful tool for school-aged children. It’s kind of like the modern version of a Trapper Keeper. Surely many of you had one of those in school, LOL?
As I mentioned before, this is a prerelease product. This product is not available in store yet, but Duo Binder is offering a special price online for Deal Seeking Mom readers. Get 50% off your purchase and FREE shipping with the code dealseekingmom0410.
Duo Binder wants to send 10 lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers their very own Duo Binder so you can give it a whirl too. Plus I’m tossing in one of my very favorite coupon cutting tools, the Slice Safety Cutter.
To enter, just share your thoughts on the new Duo Binder. What do you like about it? Is there anything you would add or change?
Ten lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a Duo Binder and a Slice Safety Cutter.
To enter, tell me how you would use the Duo Binder. Is there anything you specifically like or don’t like about it?

this looks really neat. Nice looking for coupons – but also would be great for a student with multiple class and handouts.

I would use it for school. If there was one thing I could change about it I would put a clear slip in sheet on the back side for easy viewing.

I would love this binder to organize my coupons. The one I currently use is falling apart. Good Luck to Me!

I would love the Duo Binder for organizing all the recipes I have printed off the internet. I could separate them into categories and store in the file folder or punch holes in the pages and store them by category in the binder section. I love the fact that it has a polypropylene finish, which would be easily wiped off if there is a spill in the kitchen. Maybe make a fun cooking- or food-related design for those who would use it for this purpose! Looks like a great product–thanks!

I can’t decide if I would use it for my coupons, or use it as a home management binder since I could store school papers, schedules, bills, menu plans, invitations, recipes to try out, ect, ect. I think that I am already in love with this binder! Having said that, I don’t think that I would change a thing about it.

I like the binder and I would probably take it with me to those stores that I shop at most. I would leave my big binder at home. Maybe it wouldn’t be as heavy as the one I am packing around now :0

This would be perfect for my coupons! I am using a 2 inch binder, but if I pick it up the wrong way, I lose things. This one looks like it would sit in the shopping cart better, since it is sturdy. I love the extra room for weekly ads, etc. This looks like an awesome product! THanks.

I would love to try it out. The idea of combining the folder and the binder is perfect.

I would use it to organize my current paperwork dealing with my developmentally delayed son. It would be nice to have his current med list, doctor’s numbers and various other files you need at a moments notice sometimes.

I love to keep my inserts intact but often find myself without the right coupon at the store. This might just be the solution!

I love the looks of this product. I love how it combines having a three ring binder and folder. It is exactly what I need to organize things for my Mother’s of Preschooler’s (MOPS) group.
