my dd thinks she needs a new straw each time she gets a drink. she uses them for crafts, she uses them like tinker toys, she uses them in her doll house…whatever her wild and wonderful imagination comes up with! I think we probably easily go through 20+ a week!

I have to use straws because I have receeding gums and if I don’t it could make them worse because of the product you drink sticks to the part of your tooth that has receeded and makes it worse so I use MANY straws. I would love a glass straw that I can reuse!! :)

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
