Win-It Wednesday: pediped Originals (3 Winners!)

March 10, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

pediped Footwear is one of the fastest growing children’s footwear brands in the United States. Launched in 2004, pediped carries three lines of child-friendly shoes. Their Originals are soft-soled shoes for children age 0-24 months. Their Flex line are flexible, rubber-soled shoes for children age 1-6 years. Finally, the Couture line features head-turning styles for your little princess. The new pediped Spring/Summer Collection introduces 60 new styles to the market.

Three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win one pair of pediped Originals for a boy or girl in the size of your choice. Style will be selected by the company from the new Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

I love any shoe that my daughter won’t get off 30 seconds after I put it on. And if it’s cute, too, that’s a bonus!

I look for shoes that look comfortable – soles and all the way around her foot. She’s a busy little baby, so I want her feet to be comfy while she’s on the go!

The most important thing is that they’re flexible yet sturdy so they’ll be comfortable for baby.

I look for both comfort and style when I am choosing shoes for my son. Most of his shoes actually ARE Pedipeds for that exact reason!

Right now the thing I look most for in shoes for my 13-month old is that she cannot pull them off! This is her favorite game to play in the car — pulling off her shoes and socks and holding them up to show me as I’m looking in the rear-view. She holds them up like a prize, like she’s done something absolutely terrific!! So, I’ve started either just bringing socks and shoes and putting them on her whenever we arrive at our destination or, if it’s warm enough (I do live in FL), not put her shoes at all. Just today I bought a couple of pairs of elastic Robeez-like shoes at Target, but I’ve heard Pedipeds are THE BEST!!

I love flexible soles for those little feet that are just learning to walk. Moccasins have worked best so far.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
