Win-It Wednesday: pediped Originals (3 Winners!)

March 10, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

pediped Footwear is one of the fastest growing children’s footwear brands in the United States. Launched in 2004, pediped carries three lines of child-friendly shoes. Their Originals are soft-soled shoes for children age 0-24 months. Their Flex line are flexible, rubber-soled shoes for children age 1-6 years. Finally, the Couture line features head-turning styles for your little princess. The new pediped Spring/Summer Collection introduces 60 new styles to the market.

Three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win one pair of pediped Originals for a boy or girl in the size of your choice. Style will be selected by the company from the new Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

To enter, tell me what you look for when choosing infant and toddler shoes.

My 6-month old girl has never worn shoes. It will be her first pair if I’ll be the lucky one to be picked as winner. :))

Number one on my list is comfort… Next is style… Then comes the price. :))

I look for shoes that are well made and flex with my little girl’s foot. She had a pair of pedipeds last season that were great!

I have to say my eyes go first to price and then to style and structure of the shoe. But price is one of the main factors due to the fact that when they are little they HARDLEY get to wear the shoe and they have outgrown it. However my daughter is finally getting to the age where her feet may stay the same size through the summer! I will be very excited for that… I think then style may out weigh price when I go shopping:)

I look for comfort and versatility. They have to look good with most of the outfits already in the closet! Of course, I build an outfit AROUND the shoes!!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
