    Definitely leak protection is the most important feature for me! When you have to change your baby in the night they hate being wet and get cold having to be changed.
    Plus, who wants to change a crib or bed in the middle of the night?

    The most important thing to me in a diaper is the little stretchy band across the back of the diaper on the inside. With my 6 month old this is necessary to keep the icky diapers from leeky all up her back.
