Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

If you’re like me, you noticed a few weeks ago that when the St. Patrick’s Day green was put away, the first thing to hit the stores was Little Debbie spring-themed snacks on the end caps of the aisles and at the registers. You can almost tell the season just by watching the Little Debbie selection at the store, something that hasn’t changed since I was a child.
Right now on Little Debbie’s Facebook page, you can enter to win their Million Smile Mission for a chance to win the grand prize of a 16′ Airstream Sport Trailer or one of several other prizes, including Kodak Slice Cameras, Kodak ESP 7250 Printers, digital picture frames, Little Debbie Prize Packs and more!
Ten lucky Deal Seeking Mom winners will each receive a Little Debbie prize pack that includes:
- 2 boxes of Cloud Cakes
- 2 boxes of Spring Snacks
To enter, tell me one memory involving snack cakes from when you were a kid or as an adult if you didn’t have them as a child. Did your mom pack them in your lunch box? Were they a special treat reserved for road trips? Did you eat your first snack cake in college when you were on your own?
Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, three, or four for up to a total of 4 entries!!!

When I was growing up, kids who came to my house on Halloween were not given candy bars, but Little Debbie snacks. My mother offered them a choice of Fudge Rounds, Oatmeal Creme Pies and Star Crunches, served on a big orange tray that she still uses come Oct. 31, ever year. Some day, I intend to use that same tray to serve trick-or-treaters my favorite Little Debbie snacks, just like Mom.

My memory is, when I was little, I was jealous of my neighbor friend for having “snacks” in her house and I bugged my mom until she started buying Little Debbie snacks for me!

Our favorite way to eat cloud cakes?
We like to split them lengthwise to lick out all the yummy cream filling first…. then eat the cake with a nice tall glass of cold chocolate milk. The BEST after-school snack…..ever!!!!! :))))))

I’ve always loved Little Debbie snacks since I was little. Now my whole family enjoys them. My daughter and I LOVE the marshmallow treats, they are way better than the other brand :)

I work with a group of disadvantaged kids at a small church in Dalhart Texas The church has about 150 on Sunday mornings. They run 3 busses on Wednesday night and bring in about 120 kids. We cook a meal for the kids and then have bible study for them. As a mission project from a larger church we started doing this 10 years ago. We started with about 25 kids and have grown to enrollment of 136. Aftyer the meal we always have a dessert for the kids. We tried home baked cookies and they still preferred a snack cake, We have been buying and giving out Litte Debbies for 10 years, We now buy 12 packages 4 times a month or 52 times a year, They like the star crunch and the oatmeal They would like the brownies or chocolate rolls but they are too expensive for us as we need individual wrapped and the most in a box. The great thing is they are wrapped . With that many big and little fingers it makes it very sanitary for us. While we feed the spiritual we are using Little Debbie to feed their tummies. I estmate we have bought over 34,000 little Debbie snacks. Now that is a memory. Come visit us in Dalhart Texas and bring some free Little Debbies with you!!!!

I remember when I worked at a daycare years ago, we were having a Halloween party and wanted to have a cake walk and of course these days you can’t have “made” stuff from home brought in so we made do with Little Debbies as the “cake’ to win and the kids loved it! It was the hit of the party!
