I make my own granola and power bars, keep lots of fresh fruit and raw veggies around, and try to drink tons of water. I also keep a jar of homemade trail mix on the counter at home, next to the M&Ms for potty training. Then, we have a healthy option as convienent as the tempting M&M option.
