Well I know this isn’t very healthy but my favorite guilt-free treat is the 100 calorie packs; especially the Oreos… and when I really need a pick-me-up, I love to crumble them over some sugar free ice cream (breyers makes a great one) and top it with some sugar free chocolate or caramel sauce (made by smuckers). It makes an AWESOME low calorie sundae!!
