Oh boy, which healthy snacks are our favorites? Raw almonds, bananas, dark chocolate… oooh!
This is probably my MOST favorite: A whole wheat english muffin, toasted, and ontop of it some fork-smushed avocado, chopped up fresh tomatoes atop that, and then a touch of salt and pepper. Mmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!

There are these new almonds out, they have a sort of sweetened dusting of cocoa on them that is delicious!!! Almonds are good for you (full of healthy fats), and the chocolate taste just makes them THAT much better! Oh yeah……
