My favorite imagination game was to pretend i was a dog and bark at neighbours. I even bit ankles. My parents thought this phase would end when they bought me a dog…but it only gave me another playmate.

Oh my gosh does this bring back memories! When my sister and I were kids, my parents bought 2 lazyboy recliners (Remember that beautiful rust color from the seventies?!). We each took one of the empty chair boxes and turned it into a house. My father put them in our basement where they stayed for years. We put leftover carpeting (gold – another hit from the seventies!)on the floor to keep it warm. We decorated the inside walls with Tiger Beat magazine posters and the coloring Ronald McDonald calendar that McDonalds use to give out every year (Am I really dating myself or what?). My son and daughter (ages 3 and 4) would love this house! I would love for them to have a great childhood memory similar to one of my own. Thanks!

I was a voracious reader as a kid, but I also enjoyed using miniature clothespins and embroidery floss to make mini-dolls. I thought I was a fashion designer using different combinations of colored floss! Thanks for the chance to win.
