    Last Saturday morning, I added some banana & mini chocolate chips to the pancake batter. After one bite, this became a favorite way to fix pancakes instantly!

    When my family goes camping in Canada, my mother-in-law always makes sour dough pancakes with fresh blueberries, raspberries, and huckleberries that the kids pick that morning, near the trail around the cabin. Not only do the kids love it, but they are delicious!
