    My kids always love the pancakes my husband makes for them with LOTS of syrup. They especially like it when I work midnights on a school day. He gets them ready in the morning and always makes them pancakes. When Mom is home they only get cold cereal or toast. He even has the mess cleaned before I get home!

    I love putting chocolate chips in the batter and then topping them with whipped cream. On a healthy day, I like to add flax seed and top with blueberries.
