    I love eating Blueberry pancakes…(I use fresh if available, if not I throw some frozen into the batter). My daughter enjoys them, and loves it when i make a smiley face with blueberries in her pancake.

    My kids love it when I add a little bit of almond extract to the pancake batter. I also add a bit of shredded coconut and mashed up banana…makes kind of a tropical pancake….the kids just eat them up!

    My family has a tradition of Sunday Zoo breakfasts. I attempt to create their favorite animals! We get pretty create with snakes and monkeys! I have two picky lil boys who love SYRUP!! They love to dip dip dip their “cake-cakes” We are so excited to hear about the new caps!! That will be a special treat for me on clean up and my boys will love the sweet funny treat!!

    My favorite way to eat pancakes is when I’m backpacking… there’s nothing like pancakes with just-picked wild blueberries tossed in the mix, or even better, topped with just-picked thimbleberries!
