Friday night is pizza night around here. Some weeks it’s takeout, sometimes homemade, and sometimes frozen, but no matter how it arrives at the table, pizza night is a weekly Kuczykowski family ritual that we all look forward to.

Last week I served new Freschetta FlatBread pizzas as our entree. Freschetta was kind enough to send our family an awesome pizza kit which included free coupons to sample Freschetta pizza, along with a pizza stone, pizza cutter, and an oven mitt to make our kitchen feel like a real Italian pizzeria. I’ve been coveting a pizza stone for some time now, so I was especially excited to prepare our FlatBread pizza with it.

Our pizza tastes run from simple to more exotic, as can be expected in a large family, so we decided to taste test the 5-Cheese, Pepperoni, and Roasted Garlic & Spinach varieties. Of course the cheese got the thumbs up from the kids, pepperoni appealed to my husband, and I especially loved the garlic. But one thing we all agreed upon is that the thin and crispy flatbread crust was what really makes this pizza special.

    Eat Pizza! We don’t have set night for pizza but when it is pizza night, that means we can spend more time together because I don’t have to cook!

    We like homemade pizza with a whole-wheat crust. My daughter likes to make her own pizza – the fun is often in the making, but we enjoy the eating, too. Since we often have it on Sunday, we don’t do a movie night, just a regular family dinner.

    Pizza nights at our house is always a given for special sporting events on TV and sometimes a family movie. We usually set up everything family style in the kitchen. Everyone grabs a plate, some extra fixins and their drink and heads to the family room to get comfortable in front of the TV for a few hours. We enjoy this because the whole family pitches in and everyone is resopnsible for themself (i.e. getting seconds, refills, etc.)…therefore we all are able to enjoy the evening and relax :)

    We always watch t.v.programs or a movie, and all enjoy our pizza. I love pizza night, because it’s an easy meal, with hardly any work. Thanks for the chance to win.

    The Jones Family on pizza night usually does delivery. It’s more expensive and less personal than homemade but it tastes so good. It’d be lovely to find a pizza as good as delivery and to be able to cook it in my own oven. Thanks for this win it wednesday goodie. =)

    We love pizza at my house, and just about every night could be pizza night!! Love it and so do my twin boys!!

    My 2 1/2 year old son, Jack, loves pizza night! We usually make pizzas from scratch or pop a Freschetta Naturally Rising 4-cheese in the oven on busy nights. We then love to pop popcorn and watch a dvd or play trucks until bath time!

    Every night “could” be a pizza night but it’s usually whenever we feel like relaxing with a movie and doing a casual dinner. I usually buy frozen and add extra cheeses and hot peppers.

    Summer means my 2 boys playing baseball. As a working mom, nights when we are rushing to the ball field are a great time to pop a frozen pizza in the oven. When we’re not playing baseball, pizza night is a great night to relax!

    Pizza night is usually on Sundays for us. It’s a relaxing and easy meal that gives us time to get ready for the busy week ahead. I like to go out for a walk in the evening after dinner, especially when the weather is nice. Thanks!

    We usually do frozen pizza – one rising crust and one thin crust – some with just cheese, some cheese and sausage and each of those has to have some mushrooms on it!! We usually watch a family friendly movie and enjoy the time we save from washing dishes and cooking.

    Our current favorite frozen pizza is the Red Baron Four-Cheese. We used to like Stouffer’s French Bread Pepperoni, but the “new” formula isn’t as good in my opinion.
