The thing I love about winter is the cold and the crisp, fresh air. My favorite winter activity is bundling up with some hot cocoa or coffee and a good book in my nice, warm house with my family all around me!

My favorite thing to do is bundle up really warm and head out to go sledding and build a snowman with the family and then everyone come in and put warm PJs on and have some warm hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games :)

We like to go sledding. We also like to bake. This year we have enjoyed a lot of dominoe games together. My nine year old wins almost every time.

We’re a basketball-loving family. Two of my sons play basketball, one is an assistant coach, my husband runs the clock and I run the concession stand. That’s what we do from October through March!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...
