Magic Bullet to GoThe Big Game is coming up in less than two weeks, and I know you football fans are already planning your parties and working up your menus. Magic Bullet wants to make the actual cooking process easier for four of my readers that day!

That’s right — four of you will win one of the new Magic Bullet To Go units. These little “magical” appliances can do everything the regular Magic Bullet (that I’m sure many of you already own) can do, but it’s cordless so you can take it with you anywhere — hence the To Go addition to the name.

According to their website, a fully-charged Magic Bullet To Go can be used up to 50 times — that’s a lot of margaritas! Which, coincidentally, is what I would most likely use it for. I’ve mentioned before that I do love a good margarita!

However, they’ve got some other great (and non-alcoholic) recipes that you could try out. I think the Before You Know It Bean Dip sounds delicious, and of course you could make some guacamole and salsa to go with it.

    I would love to use it for making fruit smoothies, “adult” drinks, milkshakes, salsa, and anything yummy! We love trying new recipes!

    SALSA!! Salsa!! and more salsa!!! Of course, now that you mention smoothies – we just discovered that combining a bunch of fresh pineapple with some OJ and vanilla yogurt makes an awesome one. I would definitely make more of those if I had a Bullet to go.

    I would make some mexicanas tostadas .

    2 cups shredded beef or other filling (for chicken and turkey filling-see recipes, which follow)
    12 corn tortillas
    1/2 cup corn
    1 1/2 cups frijoles
    1 tomato, diced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    2 cups guacamole
    2 cups Chihuahua
    1 cup salsa fresca and/or salsa verde

    Yum!

    I would make a delicious pesto sauce and make toasted open-faced sandwiches with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella. Or salsa.

    OMG….. I would use it for everything!!! I’m unemployed right now and have been spending my time in the kitchen experimenting. This would be a great addition to my culinary experience!

    I’d make margaritas, frozen strawberry daquiris, salsa, pesto for a layered spread for crackers, and the spicy cranberry sauce for my hot wings, and lots more. I’d love to own the Magic Bullet To Go!
