AfterSoles and CitySlipsCitySlips and AfterSoles
Like many women, I love wearing high heels, but inevitably after a few hours of dancing, I’m ready to take them off because my feet start hurting. CitySlips and AfterSoles are the perfect solution. They fold up compactly enough to fit in the smallest of purses, so you can just whip them out and slip them on — instant comfy footwear anywhere!

More About CitySlips and AfterSoles
Susie Levitt and Katie Shea developed the concept for CitySlips while living in New York City and attending NYU. With drive and determination, the pair consulted friends, professors and established professionals to make their vision a reality during their senior year of college.

Style!! But since I’m always in heels my feet have become immune to pain. And I have over 50 pairs. Probably way over. I love my shoes!

I go mostly for style, but when buying shoes for work, comfort is definitely the order of the day. Mostly style, though, and these little flats would be great for the car ride home from a night out!

I’m terrible, I buy shoes for comfort only ;) No idea how many, not a lot but there are some dress ones that are only worn if absolutely necessary that are stashed at the back of the closet!

A bit of both…the style lures me in, but they must be somewhat comfortable. The CitySlips and AfterSoles Foldable ballet flats look like a stylish and comfortable end to a high-heel night or for traveling.

When I was younger, it was style all the way. Now I try to compromise with stylish shoes that have cushin in them. They still do not beat a pair of flats, though, LOL.

75% comfort with 25% style. I only have maybe 7 pairs and I only wear two of them regularly.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
