June 23, 2010 by Deal Seeking Mom

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

Altec Lansing inMotion Compact
If you’re looking for a portable set of speakers for your iPod or iPhone, I’d encourage you to check out the Altec Lansing inMotion Compact Speakers. Not only do they have a good sound to them, but they easily fold into themselves, making it super easy to take them with you on your travels.

You can choose to use batteries or an AC adapter, so they are truly useful wherever! I use mine in my office, on the deck out back, when I’m working in my garden, and so much more.

Features:

  • Simple button controls makes it easy to use
  • Small and portable — listen anywhere with AA batteries
  • Unique case that protects it and doubles up as a stand when listening
  • Made for iPod/iPhone

The best free music is from my kids. I just had a hour+ long car ride with my son and he had some awesome rockin tunes. Plus he’s a great driver!!

I have to be honest and say that the majority of our music is what we have owned on CD. We have spent a lot of time moving our music to MP3. It’s wonderful because we are discovering our old music as “new” music because we haven’t listened to it in so long! :)

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
