I’ve never been a fan of scented trash bags. The scent is always so floral and overpowering, and I always feel like it rubs off on me when I’m changing a bag.

So I was very interested to learn about Hefty’s new Unscented Odor Block Technology. These trash bags help neutralize garbage odors with no added scent. I was a little skeptical as to whether it would actually reduce garbage odor, but it really does work. Even though we frequently change bags, in the past I’ve noticed that after a few trash bag changes, my trash can would start to smell less than ideal, so I’d either have to get out the Lysol or take it outside and rinse it with Clorox.

    Well since its my husband that has the task of taking out the garbage- he insists that it must have drawstrings!!! He prefers hefty too !

    i love the force-flex bags with the drawstring handles! I look for ease of use and ease of tying the bag once it’s full!

    Its definately gotta be reliable the new strechy ones are awesome but you definately get fewer in a box =( and pull string handles are a must!
    didnt know about the new unscented odor block definately have to try those out!
