I’ve never been a fan of scented trash bags. The scent is always so floral and overpowering, and I always feel like it rubs off on me when I’m changing a bag.
So I was very interested to learn about Hefty’s new Unscented Odor Block Technology. These trash bags help neutralize garbage odors with no added scent. I was a little skeptical as to whether it would actually reduce garbage odor, but it really does work. Even though we frequently change bags, in the past I’ve noticed that after a few trash bag changes, my trash can would start to smell less than ideal, so I’d either have to get out the Lysol or take it outside and rinse it with Clorox.

For me it has to be strong. If it breaks anywhere it makes me nad. I can’t stand it if the drawstrings tear out or if things poke through the bag. So all around tough is what i want. I am using Hefty right now and I like them. They are the odor blocker ones and they smell really nice at first, but as soon as there is garbage in them it still is stinky like a garbage can. Oh well. It’s a garbage can not a rose bush. :)
