Both of my children have a piggy bank (in fact, my son has about 3 of them). We don’t count the money until they are full, but the money goes right to the bank!

My kids have piggy banks, but I just collect change in the bottom of my purse!

We do not have a coin jar, but do the Dave Ramsey envelope system. Usually at the end of every month we take the loose change that is left (everyone always takes the bills when going out) and use a machine like the Coinstar to turn it back into bills. That money goes into our daughter’s savings account then.

We keep a piggy bank – aka big dr. pepper bottle. We just counted the money and took a trip to disney in October.

I keep all of my change in a large milk jug that I’ve had since I was a kid.
Johnny

Anna
