Win-It Wednesday: $30 Save-A-Lot Gift Card!

January 6, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

Today is also the last day to enter to win $250 from Lottay.com!

Join the Save-a-Lot Smart Shopper Club — or update your information if you’re a current member — and print a $5/$20 coupon to stretch your savings even further! Although the landing page mentions that it’s good through Thanksgiving, these coupons don’t expire until 1/10/10, so you still have time to use it.

Today, one lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a $30 gift card to Save-A-Lot! To enter, share your best tips for taking advantage of Save-a-Lot’s great prices. When do you shop? What do you look for? What’s your favorite thing to buy at Save-A-Lot?

+++++++++++++++

Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, three, or four for up to a total of 4 entries!!!

If you are reading this in your email or feed reader, please CLICK HERE to visit the original blog post to enter. Email entries will not be counted.

Methods of entry:

1. Leave a comment. Tell me your best Save-a-Lot shopping strategies. How do you stretch your budget even further?

2. Add Deal Seeking Mom to your blogroll or add my badge to your sidebar. Make sure to come back and leave the link to your site in a separate comment!

3. Join the new Deal Seeking Mom Forums to chat about your great finds, special coupon codes, and chances to win exclusive giveaways. Leave a separate comment letting me know you’ve joined or that you’re already a registered user!

4. Subscribe to my feed via RSS or email. You must confirm your email subscription for it to be a valid entry! Leave a separate comment letting me know you have done so. If you’re already a subscriber, simply leave a separate comment letting me know you’re already subscribed. Lovin’ my subscribers! You guys make this all possible.

Prize:

(1) $30 Save-a-Lot Gift Card

This giveaway ends at 1 p.m. EST on Thursday, 1/7 and is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. I’ll use Random.org to select the winning comment. Winner will be notified by email and listed on my Giveaway Winners page. Good luck!

While you’re in a contest entering mood, don’t forget to check out the Giveaway Gathering for a variety of contests being hosted on Deal Seeking Mom readers’ blogs!

I get all my baking staples, as well as certain basics at Sav-A-Lot, even though I have to drive over to the next town to do it. I usually find some items to use coupons with too!

Save-a-Lot is my quick stop for bananas and milk. Usually nobody beats there banana prices, and only Aldi occasionally has better milk prices.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
