    We had a graduation picnic this year at a local park. I love this place because it has things for younger AND older kids to stay busy!

    Our favorite picnic was 4th of July. We went to grandpa’s house for a big party. His house in on 10 acres. We set up our picnic blankets and had a cook out … burgers, ribs, dogs etc. We ate on our blankets and watched fireworks that night. The kids love this annual picnic!

    My favorite picnic is on Lake Monroe…in the boat…Bill will fish and I read…we love to nosh on cheese and cold cuts…chips…normal picnic fare…its the peace we have together and the peacefulness around us mostly. Ahhhh….

    We haven’t actually done a picnic this year. . . but we had our deck rebuilt this spring & have enjoyed many meals out there before the weather got too hot!

    We don’t have a grill at home so we like to go to different parks and grill out. We enjoy all the good stuff such as grilled italian sausage, hot dogs, chicken, and hamburgers. We love spending time outdoors and the kids have lots of area to play.

    The best picnic this year was when I took a day off work during the week which doesn’t happen much and took my two kids to the Mc Donald’s drive-thru and we had lunch at the park and they got to play for hours.

    We have a county park that overlooks two rivers. I love going there with my extended family, even if it’s just for sandwiches.

    I loved the family picnic we had for my daughter’s birthday. It was at my in-laws, we had blow up pools, grilled food, homemade cake and a lot o fun!

    We like to pack a picnic and head to Stone Mountain Park. We’ll eat on the huge lawn, throw the frisbee, let the kids run around and play and then when it’s dark, we watch the laser show on the side of the mountain – it’s beautiful, and fun for all of us!
