Win-It Wednesday: $20 [me] & goji Gift Certificates (5 Winners!)

March 24, 2010 by Deal Seeking Mom

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

I know many of us are used to stocking up on cereal at rock bottom prices, but I love the concept behind [me] & goji! You can create your own custom artisanal cereal blends, and they’ll be shipped to your doorstep in a cute cylinder container that you can even customize with a special photo. Compared to a standard box of cereal, the [me] & goji prices are very reasonable, and they offer a replacement guarantee on every cereal you design.

I spent the other night creating my own cereal mix, and I chose the following: artisanal cereal, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, dried cherries, coconut, pecans, and flax seed. Doesn’t it sound delicious? The web site makes it really easy to create a mix, or you can choose from their favorite “recipes.” For readers that need to stick to gluten free products, they even have GF mixes just for you

I’m beyond excited for my cereal to arrive, and if it’s half as good as it sounds, I’ll definitely be hiding it from my kids!

Five lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a $20 gift certificate to [me] & goji to create their own cereal blend!

To enter, tell me what your favorite kind of cereal is.

I personally don’t like cereal, but hubby & the kids love it! I really like the idea of creating a cereal mix though! What a fun thing to do for each of the kids as a stocking stuffer!!

My favorite as a kid was Cinnamon Toast Crunch…so yummy and sugary. Now I avoid those kinds of cereals and eat healthier ones, but I haven’t found a favorite “grown up” cereal yet! I’d love to try this out!

My very favorite cereal is old fashioned oatmeal. As to the ready-eat-cereal, my favorite is probably Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. I’m open to trying something new.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
