Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

Eco-Foil is a company dedicated to making a difference. Their aluminum baking trays and pans and the lids are made from 100% recycled materials. Not only are they made solely from recycled material, but Eco-Foil pans are also 100% recyclable themselves. So, what came from the recycling can go right back into the recycling. These are perfect for potlucks and the upcoming holidays because you can just rinse and recycle after you use them instead of having to worry about carting a dirty pan around or getting in the kitchen to wash it and then remembering to bring it home later after it’s dry.

Right now on their Facebook page, Eco-Foil is having a sweepstakes where you could win an iPad or one of ten second place prizes featuring their green products! Just “like” them on Facebook and enter the sweepstakes before 9/27 for a chance to win the final drawing on 9/30.
One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a set of Eco-Foil Pans (ARV $30) and a $100 American Express Gift Card!
To enter, tell me what you like to make in aluminum pans. Do you bake brownies and cakes, or are casseroles more your style?

I love to make cornbread dressing in these pans. I use them every year for Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas. They are super easy to carry and I don’t have to worry about bringing a dish home or keeping up with one for that matter.
I also use them to make brownies for my kiddies friends/schools.

I love to make steamed vegetables on the grill.

I would definitely make CASSEROLES!! They are the hardest thing to get unstuck from a dish! My broccoli and cheese casserole would definitely be going in one of the Eco-foil pans!
