Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

Eco-Foil is a company dedicated to making a difference. Their aluminum baking trays and pans and the lids are made from 100% recycled materials. Not only are they made solely from recycled material, but Eco-Foil pans are also 100% recyclable themselves. So, what came from the recycling can go right back into the recycling. These are perfect for potlucks and the upcoming holidays because you can just rinse and recycle after you use them instead of having to worry about carting a dirty pan around or getting in the kitchen to wash it and then remembering to bring it home later after it’s dry.

Right now on their Facebook page, Eco-Foil is having a sweepstakes where you could win an iPad or one of ten second place prizes featuring their green products! Just “like” them on Facebook and enter the sweepstakes before 9/27 for a chance to win the final drawing on 9/30.
One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a set of Eco-Foil Pans (ARV $30) and a $100 American Express Gift Card!
To enter, tell me what you like to make in aluminum pans. Do you bake brownies and cakes, or are casseroles more your style?

I like to roast in these pans because then if I let them cook all day slowly, I have no cleanup at the end of the day!

I like to make cinnamon rolls & 12 layer cakes in them- keeps me from having to wash so many pans. Though I reuse the aluminum pans too!

I use foil pans when I cook in large quantities. mainly use them for casseroles, pastas, brownies and indian rice krispies snacks. And then I re-use the relatively clean ones as water bath to bake cheesecakes.

I like to make dishes for potlucks in foil pans! It’s so much easier to transport, and then you don’t have to worry about breaking a glass dish. :)

Baked ziti and lasagna for potlucks – I find the pans to be nice and deep so I can really layer the food in.
