Eco-Foil is a company dedicated to making a difference. Their aluminum baking trays and pans and the lids are made from 100% recycled materials. Not only are they made solely from recycled material, but Eco-Foil pans are also 100% recyclable themselves. So, what came from the recycling can go right back into the recycling. These are perfect for potlucks and the upcoming holidays because you can just rinse and recycle after you use them instead of having to worry about carting a dirty pan around or getting in the kitchen to wash it and then remembering to bring it home later after it’s dry.

    I use aluminum pans to make stuffing. I need a HUGE pan and love that I don’t have to store it ALL year!

    I use foil pans for make-ahead dinners that I freeze. They are also perfect for taking dinners to families who have just had a baby, death in the family, etc. . .

    Casseroles or messy things like oven baked ribs that are smothered with sauce. They are also great to carry food in to things like a potluck or a school event.

    I use aluminum pans when I take dinners over to friends’ and families houses to help out. This way, if there are leftovers they want to freeze, they can wrap them up and stick them in the freezer. They also don’t have to worry about cleaning the pan and getting it back to me. When there has been a new baby or a death in the family, these are the last things I want them to worry about!

    I usually make casseroles, salads, and desserts in the aluminum pans for the reasons I write about above.

    When I do use them, I like to bake cakes in them so I can bring them somewhere and when it’s gone just toss it. Very convenient!
