I mentioned last week how excited my 3-year-old daughter was for the remastered Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to come out, and she was not one bit disappointed. I think we watched it 4 times the first day and at least once a day every day since. I loved watching her take such delight in a movie that I loved as a child, and I even noticed a few things that were new to me — like the fact that Snow White is wearing clogs at the beginning!
I’m also thrilled that Disney is offering the dual DVD/Blu-ray combination pack. I recently cashed in my Swag Bucks for a Playstation 3 so we now have the ability to view Blu-ray movies in our living room, but we still have the DVD edition that we can pop in the DVD player in our car for those long trips.
I’ve got a special treat for all of you Snow White and/or Disney fans out there!
One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Snow White Limited Edition Collector’s Set, valued at $190, which includes:
- Diamond Edition combo pack
- The Making of a Masterpiece collector’s book

Fantasia is still my all time classic favorite. The first time I ever saw it was at Radio City Music Hall in NYC on a school trip. It was around ’76 or ’77 an I was in 5th or 6th grade. It left quite an impression having seen it in that theater!!!

Hi!
My favorite Disney movie is a tie between Cinderella and Snow White. I began watching both before I could tie my shoes, and used to make my mom alternate watching the two movies with me every single day, for about 2 years.
I still love the classics. There is just nothing like them, and unfortunately, I don’t think there ever will be again.
