I mentioned last week how excited my 3-year-old daughter was for the remastered Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to come out, and she was not one bit disappointed. I think we watched it 4 times the first day and at least once a day every day since. I loved watching her take such delight in a movie that I loved as a child, and I even noticed a few things that were new to me — like the fact that Snow White is wearing clogs at the beginning!

I’m also thrilled that Disney is offering the dual DVD/Blu-ray combination pack. I recently cashed in my Swag Bucks for a Playstation 3 so we now have the ability to view Blu-ray movies in our living room, but we still have the DVD edition that we can pop in the DVD player in our car for those long trips.

    Favorite Disney Movie…Robin Hood. I can watch this movie over, and over, and over again with my kids and NEVER get bored!

    My favorite is Aladdin. When I was a kid, we actually acted it out with our neighbor friend, several times, while our parents watched!

    The Lion King is my favorite. I just love the music and the story. I’ve seen it dozens and dozens of times over the years. Classic.

    It is hard to choose a favorite… but I do love Meet The Robinsons. We watch it all the time! It’s the one Disney movie that my husband will let my daughter and I watch over and over again. I feel like it’s the one movie that has the magic and imagination of Walt Disney.

    My favorite is Snow White! I was about 5 years old and went to the movie theater with my dad on a “date.” We sat up front and bought movie theater popcorn (a real treat– we never bought at the concession stand!) It was so magical and special!

    My 3 year old son just discovered my VCR tape of Snow White. We just about watch it every day. He would love this edition (and so would I).

    My favorite was Snow White. I remember sitting in the movie theater with my grandma watching it. I was eating M&M’s. I had a handful that I held forever through out the movie. I remember them melting in my hand and my hands being covered in colors. My grandma said “Well they are wrong they will melt in your hand.” Fond memory I will never forget. I think we went to McDonald’s after that and got the Snow White Happy Meal and poster :)

    The Little Mermaid came out when I was 15 or 16 and it very much felt like I was “ready to stand.” I’ll always have a place for it in my heart because of that.

    Both my husband and I love to sit down and watch the Lion King, even before we had the twins :) They are getting to the age that they really are starting to enjoy movies so we have been able to watch the Disney Movies with them. They also are really enjoying our Disney Room, we have a room of collectables all Disney characters that we also use as the office/guest bedroom.
