My favorite dish for Thankgiving dinner is my deviled eggs. Im not much of a cook but that is my one and only specialty – and it makes me feel very rewarded when the dish is emptied. . . .

My favorite is definately lefse! Of course, now that my grandmothers are getting older, we have had to depend on the store bought ones (not even close to homemade!).

I look forward to my mom’s mashed potatoes and stuffing covered with gravy. It’s the one meal a year that I don’t think about fat grams and calories and I love my mom’s mashed potatoes full of butter and cream. And there’s something about her stuffing that I’ve been unable to re-create even though I have the recipe and I’ve watched her make it many times.
