Hopefully you’ve had a chance to check out my first-ever vlog attempt on frugal baby and toddler feeding, so you’ve seen the Flip in action! The quality of the video far exceeded my expectations, and it is SO simple to use.
I was really kind of nervous about doing a video. “You, uh, want me to do what? Put myself on display in a series of videos in front of all my readers? Um . . . okay.” But I had a great time learning how to use my Flip and playing around with Windows Movie Maker. Now that I’ve got one done and relaxed a little, I’m really looking forward to my next vlog!

The most recent money saving tip I have done is to skip some “great deals” because I don’t need them. It was hard, but every penny counts, and I try to only “purchase” what I will actually be able to use.

A fun money saving tip? I love sprouts, but they are pricey at my grocery store…so we grew our own lentil sprouts with a very inexpensive bag of lentils, soak them in a glass bowl for a few days in a sunny window–yummy and much cheaper!

fqtrkqMy way to save both money and time is to actually shop online and have it shipped to the store. I just research it and make a choice save shipping money and gas as I only have to make on stop and know it will be ready for me. Wal-mart and a few other stores offer this service and it is great.

Since my birthday was in August, I made out like a bandit! Thanks!
