I was wondering if anyone is having trouble using the buy 3 kraft products and getting the free item, using koolaid packets. I tried tonight and she asked me if I bought the 3 kraft products and I said the kool aid and she said “oh no I don’t think so” and after 20 min in line waiting they decided that a koolaid package was a “single serve” item that was excluded. I was so mad. since when is a pitcher of kool aid a single serving.
Anyone having the same trouble or actually getting to use it?

I’ve been having sooo much trouble with my Wal-Mart lately. They don’t want to take any of my coupons that I printed out. Can you go to the check yourself out lanes and do it yourself?
Oh, and I think it would be fine to seperate out the new deals and just have a link to the ones that stay the same.

I’ve been hearing more and more lately about people having trouble using their printed coupons at Walmart. I brought it up in a conference call that I had with my Walmart contacts last Thursday, so hopefully I’ll have some news on that soon. Also, my trip to Bentonville is next week, so if I haven’t heard anything by then, I’ll definitely be broaching the topic again while I’m there.

I would say that one of the keys to making the transaction go smoothly is to use these coupons in a regular shopping trip. If you go in with just the coupons and Kool-Aid and possibly only a handful of other items, it’s going to call attention to the coupons and make it more likely for them to deny them.
