Has anyone had any trouble finding the 2/$4 Cutter at Walgreens? We have two stores where I live – one had a shelf talker for the 2/$4 Cutter but they were out of the product, so I went to the other Walgreens on my way home and found the tiny Cutter but it was marked $2.99 instead of 2/$4. Was this deal in the circular or just an in-store find? Is it up to the store to have these items on sale?
