There may be additional restrictions and locales not participating, so be sure to click on the link for the official state site.

:: Alabama, 8/6-8/8

Alabama’s state tax holiday includes clothing priced at $100 or less; computers, software & supplies priced at $750 or less per item; and school supplies priced $50 or less.

:: Connecticut, 8/15-8/21

Connecticut’s state tax holiday includes clothing & footwear priced at less than $300 per item.

:: Florida, 8/13-8/15

Florida’s state tax holiday includes nooks, wallets, bags and clothing priced at $50 or less and school supplies priced$10 or less.

:: Illinois, 8/6-8/15

Illinois’s state tax holiday includes reduced sales and use tax rate of 1.25% on clothing items priced at $100 or less and school supplies.

:: Iowa, 8/6-8/7

Iowa’s state tax holiday includes clothing & footwear priced at $100 or less per item.
