    We live on a lake, and there is a designated swimming area at the park. The kids are constantly walking back and forth to and from the swimming hole all day long! For free, no less!

    We are huge sport fanatics, so a few years ago, we started a few neighborhood teams! We play football, baseball, soccer and kick ball! It is great to have all the adults and children involved in having fun, and it is super cheap!

    I play in the kiddie pool with my 10 month old daughter!! We will be getting out the sprinkler soon, too and watering the yard while playing!

    We live in gorgeous Chicago right by the lakeside. Take some popsicles, pack a pick nick and hang out by the lake.

    We like to put the sprinker under the trampoline on a hot day. We also sometimes squirt a little tear free shampoo on there (not too much) and let that suds up and the kids just have loads of fun.

    Hey, they are nice and clean when they come in from doing this and the tear free shampoo makes sure their little eyes dont get hurt.

    My family LOVE going to the park for a picnic under a tree; it keeps us COOL that way. We all pick one book to read to one another. I have 4 kids so every year the level of the books varies…LOVE IT!
