Tried this free card promo. Can’t get it to work. It always shows a balance of 16.99 plus shipping. I thought it was for one card but can’t figure out how to order just one. Anyone have it work for them?

I think it might be for the greeting card. They are right next to the photo cards. You can put your photo on it and they are sold individually. I think thats the way I read it. I am trying it now.
